A message dated May 19, 2005, was read stating the Governor has                                     
read the following resolution and has transmitted the engrossed and                                 
enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent

    CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 15(RES)                                                       
    Relating to open ocean aquaculture in the federal exclusive
